Contacting us via our website – When you submit an online contact form your personal data including Name, Email and Telephone number are stored securely in our CRM system.

Orders - When you place an order with us, we will collect further billing information such as Billing addresses. Payment details such as card numbers, expiry dates and CVC codes are not stored by Green Gorilla Apps Ltd. and are passed directly to our payment gateway providers. We use GoCardless and Stripe as our compliant payment gateways.

Software Development - When we develop software for our customers, we may be privy to certain pieces of personally identifiable information on behalf of our customers. In some cases, this may be extended to sensitive personally identifiable information. As ‘sub- processors’ we would like to make our customers aware that we follow the strictest data security and integrity processes to ensure your data is secure and accurate.
